Personal Data Processing Policy

1. Who is responsible for your data?

SOLUTECH WEST LLC is the company responsible for processing your personal data when you use MOBIK STUDIO, its digital marketing business line. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +57 312 5295649 or through www.solutechwest.click.

2. What data do we collect?

• Identification data: name, trade name, email address, phone number, country, and city.
• Business data: industry, years in business, number of employees, marketing budget, goals.
• Digital presence data: your website and the social media handles/URLs you share with us.
• Screenshots you voluntarily choose to upload of your social media statistics.
• Technical data: IP address and browser, used only to prevent form abuse (automated submissions).

3. What do we use your data for? (purposes)

We distinguish two purposes, with two separate authorizations on the form:

• Providing the audit service (required authorization to use MOBIK STUDIO): analyzing your digital presence, generating your report, and contacting you to deliver it.
• Marketing (separate authorization): sending you campaigns, promotions, or commercial content from MOBIK STUDIO / SOLUTECH WEST LLC.

We never combine both authorizations into a single checkbox — you can accept the service without necessarily authorizing marketing, depending on what you check on the form.

4. How is your data stored?

Your data is stored in a database with restricted access, hosted on Hostinger, password-protected, with periodic backups. Access to the admin panel requires a username, password, and, optionally, two-factor verification.

5. How long do we keep your data?

We keep your information for as long as a business relationship or interest with MOBIK STUDIO exists, or until you exercise your right to deletion (see point 7). If you request deletion and no legal obligation requires us to keep it, we delete it within a reasonable time.

6. Who do we share your data with?

We do not sell your personal data. To generate your audit, some data (such as your website or business name) is sent to technical services we use for the analysis — Google (PageSpeed, Places, YouTube), Meta (public Facebook data), and Anthropic (drafting your report with artificial intelligence) — solely for the purpose of generating your audit, not for those third parties to use your data for other purposes.

7. Your rights (access, rectification, cancellation, objection — "ARCO")

No matter your country, you can at any time:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Rectify incorrect or outdated data.
• Cancel / delete your data from our records.
• Object to your data being used for marketing, without affecting the audit service already provided.

If you are in the United States (CCPA/CPRA): we do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for advertising purposes. You can exercise your right to "not sell or share my information" using the same contact method below.

How to exercise these rights: message us on WhatsApp at +57 312 5295649 letting us know your name and the email you registered with, and which right you'd like to exercise. We will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Minors

MOBIK STUDIO is aimed at business owners and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
